Is there a big HDD dedicated server at low price?

I need a backup storage server at low price
(I hope it is windows server,Centos server is also OK)
The diskspace must be more than 2TB(doesn't need a high ram server Just backup)
May be , It also going to be a download server so it need a big internet port like 100Mbps
I hope my budget is as low as possible. like15~45 USD per month

if you only need one ip you can try kimsufi.
We operate in the UK, we have a terrible Atom server sale at the moment where you can ship us your hard drive (OR) we can purchase them on your behalf. we only charge you £8/mo... for the Atom server - With your hard drive in them.
