Probably named after this band
It is Flipper Host since 2009 and its not named after any band rather its named after Flipper the Dolphin. Its odd though anyone would think a company would be named after such infamous German band while Flipper the Dolphin is sitting there so famously.

I think your IP is wrong for your Florida test file (it shows Limestone Networks in Dallas, TX).
Yes the test files were wrong way around. So if you click Texas you get Florida test file and if you click Florida you'll get Texas test file. My bad
