Hi, I am in need of a small reliable VPS in LA.
I can pay in yearly term. Need this VPS as reverse proxy to my main server.

It seem matching to what I need especially when it's with Quadra however they doesn't seem to offer KVM.
You can also try crissic.net, their LA colocation's with Quadranet.
My fault, missed that part. You could go with QuadraNet directly then for about $5/month, specially if you want reliability, but maybe is out of your budget.

Being in Atlanta, Georgia is exclusively not in LA. Your offer does not fit OP's requirements as requested for QuadraNet in Los Angeles (LA), CA. Don't try to confuse the OP by saying:
