Dear all,
I am looking for a cheap VPS just for VPN/private proxy in Asia (Singapore or Japan could be the best). I don't want to go with DO or Vultr because their service is quite expensive for just a VPN. Please suggest me some providers. Thank you.

You will not realistically find anything much cheaper.
If NAT IPv4 is acceptable, go with Lowendspirit.
If not, give up.
