    We fixed the problem for this client, even offered him SSD Windows VPS but he refuse it.

    If its still slow its because of low RAM + Windows Server 2008. We made one Windows Server 2012 -  2GB RAM VPS account for you to test ( 2GB Plans special offer is $12/mo) . Please test it, if you're happy with it we can generate invoice for extra $5.5.

    You offered 2G for double price. You never mentioned ssd.
