Looking for 3-5 VPS servers (<$5 p/m)
I'm currently developing a self-hosted monitoring website that I sell on an online marketplace. With the newest version I have added pinging from external locations, I have a couple of servers already but they have not been the most reliable and I would not like to release it with these, so I'm looking for;
Locations (a must): UK, US and any of the following: CA, DE, IT.
Specs: It will just be running nginx/PHP so 32-256MB RAM, 1-5GB disk, ~200GB bandwidth.
I would prefer if these were SSD's. I'm just looking for reliable uptime, so please share who you know in these locations. 
I'm looking for <$5 p/month, yearly offers are also fine!

Can you live with NAT'd IPv4? If so try out lowendspirit they have a fair few locations.
