move WHMCS from one subdomain tro a new cPanel subdomain account

Hi, I have one WHMCS in panel.domain.com in one cpanel account server1 and want to move it to panel.domain.net in a new cpanel account in server2.

What's the faster and easiest way to do this ?

    Migrate the files.

    Change the URL option in database table.

    Reissue the license.

    If your hosting your WHMCS on a cPanel, don't put it on the same server as where you host your web-hosting clients.
