Rebooting an online.net cloud server using the API and uptimerobot?

Sometimes my cloud ARM server randomly goes down, and I would like to reboot it using my uptimerobot. Uptimerobot supports "Web-Hook", but I don't see how I can use the examples in the online.net API without the use of curl or some PHP command...
I know https://api.cloud.online.net/servers/8ef102eb-e934-4669-bc27-4836692d80da is the server, but is it possible to authorize without posting any data? I have generated a token.
https://doc.cloud.online.net/api/#page:servers,header:servers-actions-post says how to reboot the server using actions in the API, and the action name for reboot is "reboot" but I don't see how this can be applied to the web-hook which i think is a GET request in uptimerobot?
is what uptimerobot web hook request thingy looks like

Easiest way would be to get an external web server to do receive the hook and do the curl request.
I agree with @prennate - should be the easiest way
