Any cheap dedicated offers in US West Coast?

As we all know, US west coast is friendly to Asia... And cheaper than SG or KR or JP. HK's upload speed is too low.

It does not make sense in my head that traffic that goes from a west coast server to China through HK is cheaper than traffic from HK. >:(

I am in Mainland, not HK.
Though HK is near Mainland, the HK servers just offer 5Mbps. And they are chinese too... often black-heart.
There are some good choices, but don't expect them to be cheap.
My budget is $30 and doesn't mind CPU performence...
Not dedicated but -> Linode
And -> QuadraNet
