I use single failover ips, all works (check from EU) same in RBX
Mine just came back online at 7:23 pm EST, no idea what happened..
Edit: and down again at 7:26
Does your ddos protection is set to auto or it is always on ? Last time when they have internal ddos here on LET is mentioned switching to auto as a solution...
I do not see somthing mentioned on http://status.ovh.com/
P.S. Networking isn't my strong side. DC do that for me.
Yeah, I have it on auto due to those issues, the firewall and DDoS mitigation are currently off. I'm inclined to believe it's issue on OVH side since it keeps randomly going on and off now, but not entirely sure. I tried calling the OVH IE support but the 24-hour number said no one available.
The traceroute ends at gra-3a-a9.fr.eu. I tried setting IP directly on host node (ifconfig br0:2 X.Y.Z netmask 255.255.255.224) and I can ping it from VMs but still can't ping from external, so I don't think it's internal problem too, idk.
OVH IE, seem to be dead, still waiting for 2 tickets answers for more than a week now. FYI, my RBX2 IP are working fine.
Just found something strange in manager this particular server I'm testing is listed in GRA 1 datacenter but traceroute from east coast
of EU go through rbx

Well it's been down for four hours now, they don't respond to ticket and don't have anyone at 24/7 phone line. I called the UK technical support number but all they did is "help me" open ticket that I can't even view (different country manager). The BHS people are usually better..
Edit: finally get response, but still down..
The switch has restarted after a software crash and since we see inconsistencies on certain ports, mainly on the fex 117 (but not only). Errors are of the type: 2014-12-15T02:23:24+02:00 gra1-23a-n56.fr.eu 2014 Dec 15 01:23:24 CET: %ETHPORT-5-IF_SEQ_ERROR: Error ("Device Name:[0x3FF] Instance:[63] Error Type:[(null)] code:[255]") communicating with MTS_SAP_IPQOS_MGR for opcode MTS_OPC_ETHPM_PORT_BRINGUP (RID_PORT: Ethernet117/1/25) - We restarted the equipment. Traffic was switched by the second pair node. We encounter similar problems after the reload. We cut all fex on the switch A. We are not in addition to the servers on impact by working only on switch B. We will investigate tomorrow with the problem of cisco switch A located at the port-security feature. We will advise accordingly.Edit2: it came up around 2:00 am EST, so total downtime 8 hours
