  Some options:

  • https://www.vultr.com/pricing/ -- $7/mo for 1024 MB KVM, they have IPv6 and NL location, only 1 CPU core though
  • http://iwstack.com -- 4.32 EUR/mo for 1024 MB, it does have 2x CPU cores and I think they offer local SSD disk storage option, although iwstack doesn't appear to have IPv6?
  • http://lowendbox.com/blog/hosthatch-six-offers-in-three-locations-across-the-globe-from-8quarter/ -- they have both Sweden and Netherlands locations

  Edit: sorry forgot about the BTC payment, none of these support that. I don't know of any reliable provider in NL/SE with your pricing and requirements who does accept BTC.

  Crissic? They might offer different specs than you want, maybe drop a ticket and they can help you out (I've no idea that they do custom plans).
