VPS for cPanel DNS Only and monitoring server

I need two small VPS to install cPanel DNS only and monitoring server in one of locations Miami, Atlanta or New York (or any other next location).

256MB dedicated RAM
10-20GB disk space
1-2 CPU cores
200GB+ bandwidth

I need to have a good uptime, is each of the servers in different locations.

    Ramnode if you need it for monitering, their network is nice. HostUS is good also in Atlanta.

    But are Dallas(openVZ) and LA(KVM) good for you?

    For the monitoring server yes, but for cPanel DNS Only prefer one of the locations that I mentioned at the beginning of the topic. What is your price for just a VPS?

    Crissic.net for the monitoring server maybe?
    $10/year for 256MB RAM, 1TB bandwidth, 50GB SSD (correct me if I'm wrong).

    I have a server in Crissic.net, and he would be one of the monitored servers. Maybe I could use to cPanel DNS Only, the monitoring server should be in another data center.

    I buy one in MyServerPlanet ( @MSPNick ), all working properly.
