I used it as a user at Fatcow, Ipage and netfirms. Don't know about license or administration.
I don't think you can use it if you aren't an EIG company.
LOL @ EIG company... Pretty soon, EIG will own all small shared hosting companies...
It's developed by EIG in-house, so no one except an EIG host would use it.
