Issue with VestaCP or Domain registrar?

Hi,

I have a dedcated server and I host few websites in it but recently one of my website went down, Currently I host 6 websites in that server and I use VestaCP I have checked the websites IP and everything looks online but websites dosen't resolve, domains are registered by resell.biz and one of them is .COM and one is .NINJA and others are .CO and .NET and all other domains are online only .com and .ninja domains are down so any idea hot to fix this.

Also there are two websites using a shared IP but one of them is online which is a .CO domain and the other one which is a .NINJA is offline/
