I want to buy a new VPS to 2015.
I have 3 alternatives.

Or what is your suggestion?
I need this vps:
Minimum 2 core cpu,
Minimum 3 ip's,
4096 MB of RAM and a minimum of 2 GB of swap ram,
Minimum 50 GB hard drive,
Lower ping
High customer support

Well, if you live in Turkey as I assume, you won't get low ping at any of these plans. My recommendation would be VPSDime. Oktay is a great guy, and they have the fastest support team I've ever seen in LE* market.
I think HostUS and VpsDime. But hostus 3 ip's, and vpsdime high ram / low hdd in price
VPSDime has been nothing but excellent to me so far. I'm loving their service. I can highly recommend them.
