I am looking for a swiss VPS, 128/256 for a max of $20/year.
TUN/TAP must be enabled. Will be personally used for OpenVPN so I can use Wilmaa

https://bluevm.com/cart.php?gid=35 but it's 25$. Maybe you can ask them about a smaller plan. Wilmaa usage should not need more than 200gb/month and you wouldn't need any ressources (cpu, ram, hdd) at all.
Yeah, traffic shouldn't be a big problem. Have a VPS with Crissic running OpenVPN for Hulu watching. Traffic won't exceed 150gb on normal months. And as you say, doesn't need much hardware power.. after all, it's just some rerouting

AFAIK Crissic, HostUS, dirtcheap.ninja are the well knows hosts which lies in your budget
And none of them is in Switzerland.

OP specifically requested Swiss so that he can run Wilmaa. Wilmaa is a TV streaming provider that is currently restricted to Swiss Internet only. This is exactly why OP is requesting a Swiss VPS and not accepting other offers.

Their cheapest VPS (1 CPU Core - 512 MB RAM - 20 GB of Storage) would come out
around a bit less than 30 USD per month.
Not sure how they enforce their privacy policy though, and it's a bit weird they sell the same stuff under different brands... (not many review on them)
