High ram Xen/KVM VPS?

Hi, i'm looking for a Xen VPS with 2-4GB ram, 50-100gb disk and any amount of bandwidth on 100mbit or gigabit. My price is around $7 a month, I'm currently using a KS1 and running out of ram.
Does not have to be high performance or quality, it's only for a month or so! Please link me to any offers or PM
