Delimiter has a $20 dedicated server - Dual X5150, 16GB RAM, 500GB, Gigabit port with 5TB traffic.

I would recommend https://www.sourcefabric.org/en/airtime/ just to cut down on the cost of a Windows server.
I have been using that for a while. Need to move to something better. Airtime just doesn't do well with schedules.
Is that a guaranteed 1gbit? because I'd be streaming at 320kbps. Also how is the uptime on the network and power?
@camjac251 - of course its not a guaranteed gigabit, you're not going to get that for $20/month! Not even OVH can offer that at that price.
@camjac251
i strongly suggest you stay away from delimiter.. bad service. dodgy company records.
better alternative would be http://www.kimsufi.com/ca/en/index.xml
@GoodHosting has good network connection, and unmetered bandwidth.
VaporNode can offer you a KVM VPS in Phoenix, AZ, USA that would meet your requirements. You can install Windows on this system but you are responsible for the license key. Specifications are as follows:
3 CPU cores
2GB RAM
45GB RAID10 SSD storage
2TB bandwidth @ 1Gbps
1 IPv4
$16.99/month with coupon code DSD15
This is not a guaranteed gigabit uplink either, however our VPS services' facility has had 100% network and power uptime over the past 6 months and we employ a highly available infrastructure setup. That is to say, if the node your service is on becomes unavailable, your service will seamlessly be transferred to a secondary node instantaneously.
I would go for kimsufi but it seems like they are never in stock of any canada located plans
>
What processor is used?
the N2800 is in stock. and will be perfectly fine for a radio.
I only see it available in France
ahh yes my bad sorry
How long has it been since they offered Canada kimsufi boxes?
maybe a year. not sure.
Do people sell their kimsufi boxes? Would it be possible to pay someone a little extra for their kimsufi box?
@camjac251 We use E3 processors. The minimum speed you will receive is 3.3GHz.
RunAbove (OVH) what else?
Get 5$ and +10$ if you register through this link http://runabove.me/ZM7S
The cheapest option is 2.50$ month, 20 Gb space, 2 Gb ram, 1 core
I guess it suits you, OVH has datacenters in France and Canada, you can choose both locations in RunAbove
Fixed that for you.
Good try at getting to refer me.
I already have a Runabove account. I don't know how everyone else hasn't noticed it but Steadfast is really slow. sometimes even unresponsive. The network speeds seem fine, the disk speeds seem fine, I think it's the cpu. but for me runabove isn't that great right now
Winity offers the same thing as you do but on E5 processors and a trusted brand.
What about any of these offers?

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I just ordered a KS-3 from Kimsufi in BHS. For those who have experience with radio stations, what do you think of radiodj.ro?
