According to their website, the license isn't included.
Also, nobody is going to be running anything more than Windows Server 2003. Windows Server 2008 and later need at least 25GB of disk space.

You'll be insanely bottleneck by the storage space and bandwidth.
2k8 10 gigs is more than enough , tested.
2012 64 bits 10 gigs is fine too. Tested.
