centovacast help need.
I installed centova cast in one of my KVM vps with free trail licence. but when I try to create account it gives me blank page with this error message.

please tell me how to fix this issue if you already know the solution 
or any idea why this happens ?

You got a trial licence installed?

I followed the full guide and install without any errors as far as I know.
WHMCS gives this error.
Module Command ErrorCluster host authentication failure for Centova Cast 01:Is your web server running?
yeah. it's running without any problem
but can't create stream account and centova support is nightmare
