Dedi server netherlands with 29 IPs possibility

where can i get dedi server for VPS hosting in Netherlands only?
CPU should be powerfull like average E3 xeon
RAM should be at least 8gb
HDD should be at least 2x (min. 2x 240gb)
NET should be at least 15TB/mo, preferrably 100mbit/unmetered
IP should be under €1.5 or $1.5 and possibility to buy even 29 IPs
Price under $65 for 8gb ram and under $100 for 32gb ram

2x240gb ( HDD / SSD ) as far as I can see its SSD please be more accurate with providing information.
Single drive at least 240gb capacity.
you're missing the point SSD / HDD
SSD -> 240 GB
HDD -> 250GB

either one, if hw raid with caching, then rather ssd

True, hopefully he could somehow live with the IPv6...v4 in Hetzner is really not cheap
your-server.de is NOT netherlands but germany
eqservers.com is only like 5 IPv4 maximum...
but www.worldstream.nl is close to the budget ..
