Looking for cheap dedicated box with following specs:
Budget: $150/mo. (maybe a tiny bit higher if needed)
E3 v1 v2 or v3
32GB RAM
4 x 480 or 512GB SSD or 8 x 240GB
HW RAID 10 Controller
A /27 subnet for ipv4 and a /64 for ipv6.
IPv6 is a must.
Please let me know if anyone can offer anything close to this for my budget.

Won't be able to meet that budget with those SSDs required.
Forget it with that amout of SSDs.

You aren't going to get that many SSDs with a $150 budget, it's that simple.
I can't see you getting this offer due to your SSD request.
If you reduce your SSD requirement then its workable. But if you look at the real bottom-end pricing like OVH they will not offer this spec at these prices so its a good indicator.
So how much would something like I'm looking for cost per month? Best offers.
Increase your budget if you want that many SSD's. It'll be much more than "a tiny bit higher."
Please throw some numbers at me.
I think it would come down to whether you wanted new SSDs or some hand-me-down. With SSD's its always best to insist on new ones.
