You don't want to know who is the guy running it...the guy has opened and closed at least a dozen shops from what I can remember...
Why 32mb?
You can usually find 64/128mb boxes similar to the ones in my sig for the same, if not cheaper pricing.
Avoid at all costs. The guy responsible for this tin can venture is Mathew Morgan (aka mtwiscool).
