How to cancel CloudAtCost VPS?

Hello, does anybody know how to cancel a CloudAtCost VPS? I don't see an option to do it in their control panel. I tried opening a ticket and emailing support, but needless to say there has been no answer for days. They even started sending me overdue invoice reminders although I notified them prior to the invoice due date I wanted to cancel.
Truly the most terrible provider out there!

Their live chat seems to be online right now.
This is a "fake" chat. It just pops up to offer you promotions, but there are no people on the other end. Tried typing there but nothing happens. The whole company is a scam.
