billing.MyCustomHosting.net Down and Shared Hosting Down.

Hi.

I have a website with MCH which has been rock solid, no downtime, since I got it (around 8 months I think).

Today their WHMCS system https://billing.mycustomhosting.net/ is down and my hosting is down.

I have no way to contact them.

My uptime script said it's been down since ~ 7AM and it is 11:23AM now so around 5 hours and counting.

No way to contact them. :(

Is it a OVH problem?

The stuff just came back online 2 minutes after I posted this thread. All solved now.

My VPS's with them were online, it was just their shared hosting and billing system that was offline.

    Admin can close this thread.

  • There does seem to be some packet loss currently affecting things. I've ticketed OVH and will reply privately to users affected. Always remember you can reach me via admin, billing, support, or even [email protected].
