If OVH Canada works for you, I'd go with @MCHPhil :

Thanks, the deal is great.
I'd prefer us east coast or even better EU tho.
East Coast? Any farther east would involve islands. There is one hop from Montreal, Canada to France.
Do you think canada ping is similar to us east coast (from central europe)?
Thanks!

With the max-theoretical speed from the east-cost to the EU is 40ms.
And with Pingdom saying:
I would say the ping that I got (80ms) from Canada to the EU is pretty good.
@DarioX If you sign up to Vultr and launch a 4GB KVM Instance in NJ I'll adjust the $35 cost to $20.00 for you. Offer good till midnight eastern 10/12/2014.
@DaveA: Extend the offer to me?
We do offer this for 15 EUR monthly ($19.07 monthly exc. VAT) or 18.72 EUR monthly inc. VAT if you live in Europe ($23.80 USD monthly inc. VAT) with the following specifications:
or you may feel free to contact me and I will be happy to give you a 10% discount code!
Any chance you could do that in the UK?
If NJ is a good location for you I'd recommend @DaveA and Vultr. I have been using the 4GB KVM in NJ for a few months now (believe 4 or 5). I haven't had a hiccup at all and I put in one ticket and they were right on the response within 5 minutes.
