Did anyone have this error in the installer logs. I have installed hunderds of Nodes, first time Im having this issues on 2 nodes that I tried to insall today.

The solution was installing ovz and its deps manually(not from SolusVM installer).
I'd always recommend installing OpenVZ by yourself before installing SolusVM.
You really trust Solus todo it correctly?
Maybe a problem with dns resolution??
Check /etc/resolv.conf
Put Google IP: 8.8.8.8

I had this issue on a new node I deployed a few days ago as well. I just ended up installing the OpenVZ RPMs manually and after that it worked.

You need to wget vzctl and vztl-libs from the OpenVZ Wiki and yum install them manually.
Sucks, I guess OpenVZ broke their OpenVZ-Utils repo.
