Need vps for long term
Hello.
I have a server and I have installed a vps on it (cpanel is cheaper 
).
In the VPS I have installed virualizor (only one vps) and cpanel.
I have like 10 cpanel accounts and 30 sites running.
I need someone who can transfer me all this into a new vps (not virtualizor) without shutting down my sites. Also the cpanel passwords should be the same.
Anyway id like to go with a host that is 3+ years in business.
I need a linux vps:
500GB - 1TB Space
10TB - Unlimited Traffic.
min. 4GB Ram.
Location USA or Europe.
Budget 30$ to max. 40$ per month (ill pay extra for the cpanel).

Not sure if you are asking just for the VPS itself or asking for a professional who can install and configure the Cpanel Licenses and Shift your hosted sites to the new VPS as well.?
