weird issue

hey when i browse to my site
http://robinprojects.me/#
it cant find the .css file
http://prntscr.com/4ul4qt

however when i go to this url
http://prntscr.com/4ul523
and click on the .css file manually it can load it

how can i fix this

    Screw it. If I add any more to my previous post, I break formatting. From what I see, you have two stylesheets listed, from two different directories. Make sure that the code is set to the right directory for that CSS file.

    @robinjoo1, It seems your behind Cloudflare. Changes can take a few minutes. It is to be expected.

    so if i add the domain directly to digital ocean i wont have any delay ?
