Need a DEDI for proxmox

Ok my dear friends
i am in need of a DEDI in the next 2 weeks+/- a few days
Requirements

8GB to 16 MEM
prefer ssd but will look at others for disks ( 120GB to 250 GB is all i need )
CPU for webhosting and vps
Proxmox installation ( or i can do it if you can provide tmp console )
IPs 24

dont ask me budget .. give me your best price for a monthly and yearly payment

    yes i mean low latency from san jose area , and dallas area ( most of my client base )

    I think you meant $69/month paid monthly, $59/month paid quarterly, and $49/month paid annually
