Anyone using prohostingserver.com?

I had a couple of nodes with them, service was fine up to the point where the nodes disappeared and there is no record of them in the client area.

Created a ticket over a week ago and no response.

  • Ah, their emails haven't been going through to hotmail apparently, I see there's an announcement in their "email history" about no longer offering VPS.

  • tbh, I kind of prejudged this host on the name and avoided it.

Yeah, they were fit for purpose which in my case is just hosting some simple websites across a range of providers. They weren't too bad up until now.

FWIW they did notify existing customers and were told to send an email to billing@ to sort things out. I did so but their mailing script is clearly broken.

Same platitude as this one I guess.

All good, they are easily replaced.
