Ah, their emails haven't been going through to hotmail apparently, I see there's an announcement in their "email history" about no longer offering VPS.
tbh, I kind of prejudged this host on the name and avoided it.
Yeah, they were fit for purpose which in my case is just hosting some simple websites across a range of providers. They weren't too bad up until now.
FWIW they did notify existing customers and were told to send an email to billing@ to sort things out. I did so but their mailing script is clearly broken.
Same platitude as this one I guess.
