Looking forward to Frankfurt. Do you have a time frame?
Is this valid for all or only the 10 beta testers?
BETA testers get the first month for free, and then that price (give or take $0.5 or so) will be the public price valid for all. I think it is a fair price as KVMs with 512 come to about $4.5, and here you can create 2 with 512 each for a mere $5 (or so).
Frankfurt is next on the list, no promises but probably within a month or two.

Just an update .. some small/tiny features remain to be polished and sorted out. This might delay the beta test, but I do not think for more than a day.
My sincere apologies, but we'd rather have a platform that is ready, instead of giving you a headache sorting things out :P

That is something on the to do list. Trust me, we are not as big as DO are - but we will do our best to add more, and more features.
And we hope to include this soon:
-ability to upload own iso
-ability to perform snapshots (and distribute to other POPs)
We thought of our solution from a client's point of view, rest assured it will come with great things :-)

Please make sure you are on https://myrskcloud.com/
FTP backup is no longer a feature, (thus I think you are on an other panel), with cloud we introduced free shared hosting.
@rsk If you click control button from billing you end up on the wrong panel then

Ah, the WHMCS doesn't have the updated version of the theme, that will get resolved soon :-)
