Dedicated Server or VPS in the US with Anti DDOS.

Looking for a dedicated server in the US of A with DDOS Protection
CPU - any
RAM - at least 1GB
HDD - any (would prefer SSD but probably not for the price I'm asking)
Line - 100mpbs (I highly doubt I'll get 1Gbit for that price)
DDOS Protection - yes
OS - Centos 6.5 (must)
Price - < $120 a year.
I'm hosting a simple flat file website (nginx + php-fpm) and a DNS server. I'm asking for DDOS protection as my project may get some interest from competition especially since I'll be undercutting them massively... US is a must for Netflix bypassing.

I may also be interested in the above as a VPS but I would prefer dedicated with a good provider.
I already have a few VPS's UrPad, INIZ, RansomIT (LES NATed IPv4) and VPSDime as far as I'm aware none of these have DDOS protection as standard..
So reply below with some quotes for a Dedicated or VPS in the LET range of course..

Seriously doubt you're going to find a US server with ddos protection that's not a VPS for that cheap.

Ramnode do a 1GB VPS for $75/yr and you can get a DDoS protected IP for $5/mo so around $135
