A Review about CatalystHost Promo for 1$ per Month with 333TB Traffic on 1Gbit in Dallas. (now just 2TB as i remember). First some specs:
1VCPU
96MB Memory
10GB HDD/SSD?
Virtualized with OpenVZ and SolusVM as Panel
For 12$ per Year/1$ per Month or 3$ Quarterly.
CPU Specs:
Pros:
- Fast Support
- Good Uptime
- Good Performance
- Good I/O
Cheap Price
Cons:none
Usage: TOR-Relay uses only 700GB a Month, CDN

3 Days Downtime was because of one IP Change, i didnt updated it fast enought.

My conclusion: I love it, just running no issues and ticket responses within minutes mostly.

Had this vps as well, worked really fine. But 96MB were way to less if you want to run a TOR relay with more bandwidth. So the unmetered port didn't help me^^
Damn I want one
The TOR Relay crashes sometimes, so i created a restart script which brings it up within 60 seconds, so no problem but more memory would be better.

What are you using to monitor? I think I've seen it before, something produced by the Ubuntu team but can't quite put a name to it right now.

Thanks for the review @infinity580. We only did this promo for a limited time. However we do still have this at $12 yearly. It is limited to 4TB of bandwidth which 99% of users will never exceed on this plan.

Cachefly: 86.3M/s
I fucking want 1 of these.
The 4TB bandwidth version of this plan is a great deal as well.
