A lot of companies use LiveZilla for free, PHP Live! Support is great for paid software.
LiveZilla is great and there was Comm100 which was free when I used it awhile ago, not sure if it still is now. There's also Mibew, which is free and open source.

Livezilla is pretty good (specially with geo tracking system and real time stats, even though google does the same now). Zopim is pretty nice as well. Mebbow-> Mehh. Crafty syntux(?).
