Hmmm for me works fine. What browser do you use? Some proxy stuff?
Clean all your caches, cookies and so
FF7, no proxies, just few FF plugins for paranoics:
Ghostery
AdBlock
BetterPrivacy
works well for me me ff7 too
Disable plugins one by one and see which one is causing it. Probably not AdBlock as I use that also and have no problems.
What's the ISP? They may be caching.
That would be a nasty trick and deserve a punch to the face.
I'm active on few vanilla powered forums, but this things only happens here. I'm trying to figure out whether it may be a plugin fault

Known issue for a couple of them. Comcast is pretty much at the top of the list. Folks from Singapore as well.
Another reason for me to dislike Comcast. Like I need another one lol.
