You're wrong IPXCore offers Colocation AFAIK, contact them about it....
Our prices for colo and dedi are quite high; not sure if the LET audience would be interested.

No he's using a modified IPB 1.3. He says it's his though.
edit: Actually he used to be using IPB 1.3, it looks like he's using Flux or Pun now.
