123Systems VPS is not working after reinstall

I have reinstalled and I have got the following error for apt-get update:

root@szerver:~# apt-get install mc

E: Unable to locate package mc

Support says:

Hello

Please add this entries in /etc/resolve.conf file and try.
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

It is not working after edit and server reboot...
