DDoS protected or not.
Need High Bandwidth (unless it's in an "Exotic" Location) and i'm not looking to Double up.

You could try LES (http://lowendspirit.com) they have NAT'd IPv4 but do have IPv6 you could probably ask for more of them if needed.
I need a dedicated ipv4 for the proxy too sorry
BuyVM. /64 per box, DDoS protected IP for $3/mo - in Las Vegas. Inbound bandwidth isn't counted.
