Unfortunately the promotion restricted by Globalsign Inc. due to mass fraudstars are using the certificate globally. You can find better pricing for current SSL Certificate at http://www.havehost.com/ssl-certificate.html (3 years wildcard SSL at 118$)

I use StartSSL for all my certs, $120 a year for unlimited wildcards is very useful when you have tons of domains.
