  $40 a year for all that and cpanel? Can't see anyone offering that.

  @soulcheif you didnt read what he said . He said he will pay cpanel monthly but wants to pay a yearly vps in the eu for around $40 / year.

  Correct. The VPS is paid yearly and cPanel monthly so $40 is only VPS price.

  although it doesnt match ur specs entirely but i took this plan myself so i can recommend gladly, i'm surprised the offer is still active. When you choose annual it reduces to 70 usd/annum
