For learning, a yearly vps offer from crissis or buyvm will do just fine, and will turn out cheaper :-)
they always have just one thing in mind man ;(
Why not just buy a VPS? There's plenty of cheap offers on here
VPS like $5-$10/mo it goes on and this cheap dedi for €2 with 2GB ram is simply good to learn and play.
But the dedicated is monthly so over a year is more expensive.
