123Systems data loss
I have a VPS on this company. It has been offline for 4 days, after that I have opened a support ticket. It is online now, but there is a data loss, all my files are deleted from my VPS. I have monitored it with Nodequery, before was only little donwtimes. It is a reinstall? I do not know...

If so, Provide proof that a ticket was indeed opened.

Solution: leave 123systems and learn that you should never again buy from them.
I remember you have been on FreeVPS.us and the staff has already told it's members there that 123systems is not a company you want to be a client of. No support at all. Downtimes all the way. And they scammed them over for almost 200 USD. Head administrator of FreeVPS even posted a proof of this.
How come you ignore this? Just because freevps.us is some community? Seems you trust LET more to come up here and complain about something FreeVPS.us has told you years ago.

Forget 123systems, loads of problems and zero integrity. For all, a paid customer is a paid customer. Some of the above comments are just loads of crap.
The ticket replies don't seem very warm!
They have lose my files and also installed softwares has been disappeared. I do not know what happened!
What Happened: Rather than take time to troubleshoot they deleted your VPS then re-created your VPS.
What you need to do: Restore from your backups.
yeah, just reload from backup, badabing!
How? How to backup sofware installations??
