no clue what's up with them, but if you're looking for a vps in the phx market give us a shout. (could be wrong, but i think that phoenixvps actually moved to buffalo?)
HeroicVPS is a solid provider who has services from Phoenix as well, and @HC_Ro might be able to price match if your service is KVM.
