I don't think you're going to find a low end provider willing to service those needs for a week only.
Your best bet may be looking at SoftLayer and paying by the hour. 1 core, 1GB RAM + 1x2TB SAN+1TB SAN will set you back $46.20. Available in Amsterdam and London (London with a 6% surcharge).
