How will user fix their server if provider does not provide any additional support?

Like SYS, Kimsufi..
if users forget root password, do the wrong network settings, must they reinstall system?

    Pretty much.

    This is why you have VNC access (via KVM) to the system. You can do whatever you need to via the console, such as boot into a rescue media and reset the root password for yourself.

    Another option is to not forget it in the first place....
