Acclaimed Host Vps Down Not Solved
I have a problem with my server, when my vps down, had 6 days there is no settlement, whether it be from the admin, support, and staff, such as throwing throwing all existing problems, I had been patient enough waiting for her, even I've opened three ticket to support the team but always in throwing, and until now there was no reply from the staff or any of my vps, vps active period even I keep running. curiously, on my SolusVM run normally, but can not be accessed, so I tried to replace the normal tetep os but can not be accessed from the IP via ssh, I've send jpg and gif images to the support team, but they did not say anything. I am confused what to do, it's been six days like this.

it's also in OVH? I believe all the vps on that node are have the same issue...
yes right, in OVH... so this problem node on OVH yeah??
my vps also have this issue for several days, their staff have already know this issue on several days ago, but still not fixed until now, perhaps their ips have not renewals, so suspended by ovh? and they don't want continue the vps in Canada? just only guessing...

Yes, we are talking to the client at the moment and working with OVH.
Last update i got was

care to explain the problem
If you OVH 2014 model servers, you only need to pay a one time setup fee & you can keep the IPs & even transfer between nodes without paying any monthly fee.
yeah i think they don't want continue the server on canada, and now they let all regardless..
the node and vps are all still online, and can login vps by using solusvm console, the only issue is the network of vps can't be reached, so I don't know what happend, need so long time still not fixed...
just received another email today that said they will be discontinuing services with OVH and will be stopping their Canadian VPS service
i find it strange.. especially after the announcement they where moving to a crap Spammer infested network (Colocrossing)
as we all know, the ColoCrossing should be the most cheap ("cost-effective") provider on the earth, lol
