I ordered a server4you SSD Server. (not now , months ago...) So i write a review after the contract period.

Pro X5 (100GB SSD, 2GB Memory , 4GB Burst)

Got a reply within 4-5 hours sometimes 12
Hardware:
They use socket 775 , old 8+ year old hardware
Network:
Network is okay , excellent
Disk - IO Speed:
IO speed is excellent - got around 600-700mb/s DD command 1,1GB
Dedicated Resource:
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA 
Started webserver and after 600mb memory usage i got this message: No more memory.
So i used 500mb and thats the dedicated... sure.
so 4GB or 2GB guaranteed is a lie. You could only use around 500mb
Uptime
Got 8 hour downtime because hardware failure. Yeah a socket 775... sure!
So do you want a shit for 5-8 eur/month? Yes you could try it or just send the money for me because its useless!
Try serverloft.de quality.. but this is just a shit of cake.

what did support say? am not sure of german law but from what you say,doing this in UK could be a breach of trading laws and even ethics.
Btw Serverloft/PlusServer/Unmetered.com is the same company, also same DC.
Support said: They dont know whats the problem.
Then moved to colorhost set up the same system and works like a charm.
Thats all. Nothing about law things.
Avoid Server4You at ALL COSTS.
