I have one with alienVPS (legal-only), and hostigation also allows legal-only torrents. BuyVM doesn't care what you torrent
I don't think thats true, almost every provider will have to take action when they recieve DMCA/copyright claims.

Stock has yet to be added into the system. I can't remember the last time stock was released on time, usually more like an hour after the fact.
people have being saying they managed to get order in so must have already released.
We got more stock coming up, just the guys are releasing things slowly to make it easier on themselves.
