After KVM or Xen VPS
Currently looking for a KVM or Xen VPS which the provider allows me to run Windows Server on, primary use would be a remote workstation so the closer to the UK, the better.
I do have my own licence key, so ability to upload an ISO or even just a template is fine with me.
Specs:
2GB RAM
30+GB Disk
Preferably within the EU
Budget: $12/mo (I assume this is fine, even though its outside LET range)
(I already know about Winity, so no need to suggest them 
)

It's a shame their US prices are cheaper, UK doesn't really fit in my budget, and US would be a bit laggy for workstation-type RDP use
Yep, I would struggle with that in the UK price wise if the 1.5GB plan was an option I could probably offer you that for €9.00 (you would get a lot more disk space than 30GB)

I have no idea how you will find a reliable 2GB KVM/Xen VM for $12 /mo, but good luck!
